Job Function: Operates CNC drillers and routers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Shears materials for jobs
• Inspects drills for chips and geometrical errors and diameter size.
• Reads and interprets print and drill charts.
• Assembles and prepares panels.
• Inputs basic information into computer.
• Runs CNC machine.
• Takes pallets and cardboard out as necessary.
• Keeps the area clean
• Removes garbage and copper at the end of shift.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
• Follows all safety instructions, company policies and operational instructions

Requirements:

• Able to lift and or move up to 25 lbs regularly
• Attention to detail and close vision
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in arithmetic
• Basic analytical techniques
• Quality conscious
• Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
