    Key Responsibilities

    As our Master Technician, you will be an expert in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, all vehicle makes and models.

    Perform expert-level diagnostics and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.

    Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software (e.g., Mitchell1, ALLDATA, Snap-on) to accurately identify and resolve issues.

    Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document all work performed and recommended with accuracy.

    Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding technical findings, repair timelines, and additional service recommendations.

    Mentor and assist junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping to maintain high standards of quality.

    Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, following all safety protocols.

    Perform road tests to verify repairs have resolved customer concerns.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    We are looking for a professional who meets our high standards of excellence:

    ASE Master Technician Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly if you have equivalent experience).

    Minimum of 5+ years of professional automotive passenger vehicle repair experience in a shop environment.

    Proven track record of success with strong diagnostic, electrical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in using standard and advanced diagnostic equipment and automotive software.

    Must own professional-grade tools.

    A valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-player attitude.

    Produce at least 40 to 50 billable labor hours per week.
