Summary
ASH NYC is premised on the joining of historically compatible disciplines in one company and under one roof. This position will be integral to ASH NYC’s accounting team as we continue to grow. This position will focus on accounts receivable based disciplines but will also add support cross department in multiple aspects of bookkeeping.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for commercial tenants and follow up with commercial tenants for payment at each of ASH’s hotels.
- Prepare invoices for commercial tenants and follow up with commercial tenants for payment at each of ASH’s residential properties.
- Reconcile accounts receivables monthly for all residential properties.
- Tracking of inter-company loans
- Reconcile all hotel, residential, and commercial loans monthly
- Prepare daily soft reconciliations
Skills and Experience
Software:
- Proficiency with Rent Manager and QuickBooks required.
- Experience with M3, Concur, RoomKey helpful but not required.
Experience:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in the hotel industry
