    We are currently looking for a Area Sales Representative for our Texarkana, Texas location! The primary role of this job is to promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, developing new customers and maintaining a list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Area Sales Representatives are out on the road almost every week day, meeting with valued customers, visiting job sites and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued success. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: (includes the following but not limited to):

    Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed assigned sales projections by giving interactive sales visits to customer locations.

    Maintain contact with an established customer base; identify and establish new clients.

    Prepare and deliver bids for customers with a follow up report to Vice President of Sales.

    Work in conjunction with operations personnel to ensure above expected customer services are achieved.

    Ensure that customers documentation and service agreements are accurate and done in a timely manner.

    Evaluate market requirements and competitor capabilities.

    Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of all delinquent accounts.

    Attend functions when necessary to keep in contact with customers and market ASI Environmental Services.

    Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

    Comply with all ASI Environmental permits, policies and procedures.

    Competencies:

    Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.

    Typical office equipment copier, scan, fax and phone system

    Flexibility with ability to multi-task

    Familiar with DOT regulations and assists with drivers’ logs

    Customer/Client Focus

    Computer literate with ease in learning new software as needed with training

    Competency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Work and Outlook

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1 to 3 years outside sales experience in the Texarkana area, preferably hydrocarbon recovery or oil and gas related

    Proficient verbal and written communication skills

    Self-motivated to grow area's revenue and committed to service quality is a must

    Ability to liaison between Customer across all levels

    Requires travel in your geographic region and to events. Some overnight travel may be required.

    Report sales activity timely to sales management and Texarkana Facility

    Will work in the field and on customer’s premises which are not climate controlled and may be subject to outside weather conditions that include moving around machinery and materials

    Clean background check and acceptable driving record

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Requires a High School Diploma

    Prefer a Business or Marketing Degree from an accredited university.

    Additional sales training certifications considered beneficial.

    COMPENSATION:

    Commission based with six months guaranteed draw.

    Use of a company vehicle.

    Company provides professional shirts with logo.

    Paid orientation and training

    Bi-weekly pay periods through direct deposit
