    We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at ASI Environmental Services with corporate offices in Texarkana, TX and satellite facilities in DFW and Little Rock, AR areas. The Sales Manager manages the entire sales and marketing efforts of a regional company’s liquid waste products and services. The sales personnel report directly to the sales manager while this position report to the Owner/General Manager.

    Key Objectives are:

    Mentor the existing sales personnel. Work as a “player/coach”.

    Development plan for new sales personnel hires.

    Have a focus on margin achievement as well as sales.

    Accountable and Coachable Team Player.

    Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity of salesforce.

    Be willing to become well versed in ASI Environmental services and products.

    Must have the ability to develop quotes for jobs, be proficient in conflict resolution at the customer level and have a positive history of establishing long term business relationships with customers.

    Adhere and promote company value by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with a team member and our company mission of “Caring for the environment with the utmost integrity”.

    Key Qualifications:

    Must be a people oriented individual.

    Must have a working knowledge of hydrocarbon recovery and processing using an industrial pretreatment facility or oil field related industry.

    Must demonstrate leadership and customer support attributes.

    Must have ten (10) years sales experience in the hydrocarbon recovery and/or oil and pipeline technology or closely related field. We are looking for experience in a customer services sales related field. Retail experience will not be considered for this position.

    Must have three plus (3+) years of management experience with a verifiable successful sales team documentation.

    Must have basic chemistry knowledge as it relates to this position.

    Must have exceptional communication and strong willingness to succeed and achieve goals.

    Must be tech savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software for customers data base and billing.

    Must have basic accounting skills and basic understanding of financial reports

    Provide accurate and complete reports requested by Management within the required timeline.

    Key Requirements:

    Required bachelor’s degree in business related field

    Possession of strong interpersonal skills is imperative.

    Must be willing to travel overnight.

    Display a professional demeanor that supports the continued growth of the company.

    Must demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions with input from Management.

    Job Type: Full-time exempt
