Chapter Relationship Specialist

The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is a national non-profit trade organization with a mission to advance sustainable homeownership for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. With 44 volunteer-led chapters throughout the United States, including 2 in Canada, AREAA National has an open position full-time support position available that will handle critical work essential to the growth of the organization.

The Chapter Relationship Specialist will:

· Be instrumental in growing membership for our chapters

· Share knowledge about AREAA benefits to chapter leaders

· Give leadership the tools to make them most effective

· Deliver a positive memorable experience for those they interact with

· Strengthen the perception of AREAA

Job responsibilities include:

· Update the AREAA website with leadership and event information

· Maintain and monitor chapter membership and compliance

· Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and determine escalation.

· Inquire with leadership on supplies needed and coordinate shipments

Skills necessary to be successful in this role:

· A passion for excellent customer service

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· The desire to grow professionally

· A systematic approach to organization (Excel proficiency a plus)

· Knowledge or interest in the real estate and mortgage industry a plus

This is a full-time position which includes paid holidays, PTO program, sick days, healthcare, dental and vision coverage.
