    Job Description

    Summary:

    · Responsible for reviewing new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower.

    Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Prepares and sends out all pertinent regulatory compliance disclosures for single family 1-4 properties.

    · Works in a team environment gathering outstanding conditions and upon receipt performs analysis and prepares files for closing documents.

    · Provides support to the Residential Lending Officer, underwriting and documentation and closing departments.

    · Assists supervisor and underwriting area in pipeline planning.

    · Position manages a pipeline of approximately 60-70 Active Construction Permanent loans from closing to completion of the project and conversion of the loan to the permanent loan phase.

    · Processes disbursement of funds through construction of the home and prepares and completes the modification and conversion of the loan.

    · Phone and written contact with customers, builders, title agents, inspection companies, loan officers.

    · Provides all service and acts as the Relationship Manager throughout the construction phase.

    · Completes complex manual math calculations required to determine amount of disbursement.

    · Coordinates receipt of documents.

    · Reviews / analyzes and approves documents to include title commitments, surveys, permits and inspections.

    · Requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, written and oral.

    · Ability to multi-task managing a large queue of disbursements.

    · Critical highly developed organization skills.

    · Ability to balance a budget.

    · Former work with cash balancing preferred.

    Skills and Competencies:

    · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, customers, and outside agencies in both verbal\written form.

    · Computer literate with experience using, Word and industry standard mortgage software, preferably InterLink E3.

    · Ability to work under deadlines.

    · Good organization and planning skills.

    · Ability to pay close attention to detail.
