About the Role:

Ladneir Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled ASL Caregiver to join our dedicated team in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to clients using American Sign Language (ASL) as the primary mode of communication

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring

Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients

Monitor and document client health status, behaviors, and progress

Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for clients

Requirements:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required

Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related healthcare support role preferred

Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills

Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with a client-first attitude
