Responsibilities: • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and a high level of customer service • Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs and financial situations to provide appropriate recommendations • Assist clients in completing applications, reviewing policy terms, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order • Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable solutions for individual clients • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support Qualifications: • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, and an Internet browser (any) • Insurance Agent License (if not licensed, be willing to get licensed) • US Work Authorization • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals Compensation: $85,000 to $350,000
