We have a patented panelized construction system which allows for rapid, affordable construction and are delivering new units to customers today. Our models range from 100 sq ft backyard sheds to 2,000+ sq ft homes. We are looking for a natural leader who is experienced in project management and can handle the construction process, procurement, and administration. You’ll oversee the entire construction project, making sure it’s completed correctly and on time. Responsibilities: • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met • Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Qualifications: • Finished training for OSHA 30 license • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • PMP certification is a plus Compensation: $80,000
