Responsibilities: • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met • Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Qualifications: • Finished training for OSHA 30 license • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • PMP certification is a plus Compensation: $80,000
