    We are looking for a talented and motivated team player to work at our startup. This position is for a Business Development and Sales Manager who will assist the CEO and managers with spreadsheets, presentations, and other deliverables for business development and management. You will have the freedom to implement your skills and talents in meaningful and creative ways and will be offered a high level of independence. Structure and direction are provided as needed and you will be asked to lead projects and initiatives that will grow our footprint as a business. Our business development verticals include B2B partnerships with real estate developers or builders, exploring wholesaling to Home Depot or Lowe's, developing land with existing homeowners or investors, and increasing customer engagement with new products or campaigns. This is a perfect position for a bright, motivated individual looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. There is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and advance. We require a positive attitude, willingness to learn, the ability to work well in teams, communicate with others, and curiosity to ask questions at any time. We have begun sales and are looking to expand our operations. Currently working part-time in person in Austin. Tue-Thur in a coworking space. Monday and Friday WFH or coworking. Responsibilities: • Build a business model for a construction and real estate development company • B2B PowerPoint presentations for real estate development partners, financing partners, and VCs • Create business and marketing strategies to propose to management and increase sales • Help manage our CRM, email marketing, and sales tools • Assist management in implementing a social media marketing campaign • Research business trends and best practices for the construction industry • Organize product presentations for potential partners and customers • Help with product pitches and basic written documents to communicate business agendas Qualifications: • Ability to create compelling and interesting presentations, marketing emails, and internal project documents for business development • Strong excel skills • Great communication - both written, email, and in-person • Organization skills and attention to detail • Team-oriented • Basic marketing and sales experience • Technical or mathematical skills Compensation: $75,000 yearly
