Our floorplans range from 100 sq ft backyard sheds to 2000 sq ft+ single-family homes. Our system is patented and incorporates manufactured composite framing and wall panels. Our goal is to deliver affordable And sustainable housing in new packages for homeowners, builders, and developers alike. Real estate developers and homebuilders typically offer the same set of living solutions - we want to change that. Think of Le Corbusier's radiant city or Broadacre City. Modern lifestyles require modern solutions, and we want your help to package our building solution to reflect ideal and attainable housing communities. We are looking for a Sustainable Business Development Manager who has technical experience - whether in science, engineering, computer science, coding, web development, graphic design, architecture, math, or Excel modeling. Help us design, source, and connect with partners to complete building projects that integrate sustainable features. This includes but is not limited to living roofs, roof decks, integrated solar roofs, analyzing energy performance, and determining carbon footprint and performance for all builds. Help with building concepts, community layouts, and brainstorm lifestyle features to incorporate in our next development pitch. Responsibilities: • Compiling and analyzing residential real estate development trends and communities • Identifying the most popular and useful features that residents want in their rental communities or new construction homes • Creating templates or plans to reflect these new features in the context of our building products • Managing building designs and supply chains • Sourcing building and construction materials or products • Integrating solar power for clients • Creating project management templates • Collaborating with management and engineering • Brainstorming new features and offerings for our homes Qualifications: • Great communication, organization, and attention to detail • Creativity • Technical skills • Collaboration • Independence Compensation: $75,000 yearly
