Responsibilities: Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills Experience using construction or project management software preferred 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager Compensation: $80,000
