SENIOR EXECUTIVE SEARCH RECRUITER/HEADHUNTER

**** MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE RECRUITING FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED RECRUITERS/HEADHUNTERS TO RUN A FULL-DESK, AS WELL AS SUPPORT AN EXISTING BOOK OF BUSINESS WITH ESTABLISHED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS. THIS PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING THEIR OWN BOOK OF BUSINESS WHILE ALSO RECEIVING A HEALTHY FLOW OF REFERRALS.

Artemis Search Partners, a multi-divisional practice with teams that specialize in permanent, direct-hire placements and interim-contract engagements. Our division, Artemis Professionals, specifically focuses on corporate accounting, finance, tax, audit, human resources, and administration. We partner with clients that range from venture-backed start-ups through Fortune 500 companies, as well as with private equity and their portfolio companies. We also work with several high-net worth individuals and their family offices.

Our Executive Search team is LOOKING FOR HUNTERS with a prove track record of headhunting passive candidates within the accounting and finance profession. This person will be running a full-desk but will also receive an uncapped flow of referrals from our sales team and other divisions through our cross-selling platform.

This is a highly COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT and we seek an independent self-starter, with an executive presence, who works exceedingly well as part of a committed and supportive team. Self-accountability is a must in our autonomous culture!

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience recruiting or Headhunting “passive” permanent candidates and consistently been a big biller
• Ability to act as a consulting not a transactional recruiter with C-Level clients and candidates
• Must be a strategic thinker, intellectually curious, and high business acumen
• High Energy "go-giver" mindset who is willing to contribute to a fast-paced work environment who thrives chaos
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - no exceptions!
• Most importantly, you have a high level of integrity
• You have GRIT, and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job DONE
