Job Description

We are currently seeking for a Staff Accountant who is looking to grow within a rapidly growing company. 

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience as a staff accountant
• Experience preparing journal entries and entering journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience working with a chart of accounts
• Experience preparing and recording intercompany transactions, prepare intercompany invoices and prepare intercompany reconciliations
• Experience preparing client prepared schedules for annual financial statement audits, working directly with independent accountants on an annual audit
• Experience and knowledge of Statement of Income and Loss and Balance Sheet
• Experience preparing account reconciliations in support of balance sheet accounts
• Intermediate to advanced user of Excel

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• An MBA and or a CPA is a plus
