The Outreach and Support Services focuses on two facets of services delivery for our participants:

1. The supervision of Direct Support Professionals whose duties include the implementation of strategies and activities derived from the Individualized Service Plans, in accordance with the Division of Developmental Disabilities Support Program and Community Care Program Policy and Procedure Manuals.
2. Serving as a liaison between Aspire Supports on other stakeholders via various media and outreach efforts.

Job Details:

Salary Range: $43,000 – $45,000; Exempt

Educational Qualifications: Associate Degree or 1+ years in Health and Human Services

Primary Work Location: Aspire Supports Office in McAfee, New Jersey. Work hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30a to 4:30p and as needed.
