    Job Description

    LOOKING FOR A HR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST IN THE TAMPA, FL AREA

    HOURS: 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m.

    PAY RATE: $13-$16

    JOB DETAILS:

    • Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll (approximately 130 employees, except and non-exempt)
    • Making sure all hours are accounted for, which includes direct contact with Supervisors
    • Maintaining all deductions
    • Processing manual checks as needed
    • Maintaining hours for all employees and temporaries for productivity purposes
    • Recruiting & Selection
    • Create and send offer letter packages
    • Post & monitor all openings – utilize Applicant Tracking System
    • Interview candidates
    • Coordinate background/reference checks and drug testing for final candidates
    • Answer/route overflow calls
