    ABOUT THE ROLE

    At ASRV, we value creativity, innovative thinking, and a constant desire to learn. We are looking for a full-time, in-house warehouse customer service representative who will assist the customer service department at ASRV. The ideal candidate will work to resolve immediate customer issues and work to improve the overall customer experience.

    Under supervision of the Head of Operations, the warehouse customer service representative will communicate with customers, warehouse team members, customer service team members, and operations team at ASRV. The ideal candidate will ensure customer needs are met, questions are properly answered, and support the customer service team in outbound/inbound logistics.

    Ultimately, the goal of this position is to ensure a seamless customer experience from the Point of Purchase to the receiving of goods and everything in between.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with customer service representatives to answer all customer inquiries pertaining to :

      • Returns & exchanges

      • Lost in transit orders

      • Incorrect item/Incorrect order received

      • Delivered not received

      • Return to sender

      • Item out-of-stock inquiries

      • Sizing questions

      • Restock inquiries

      • Order status/Misc. Shipping concerns

      • Invalid address

      • Taxes & Duties inquiries/complaints

      • Edit orders

    • Assist returns department with processing customer returns/exchanges

    • Pick, pack & ship to customers for the following:

      • Incorrect item/Incorrect order received

      • Delivered not received

      • Lost in transit

      • Return to sender

      • Quality issue

      • Returns/exchanges

    • Support the customer service department for all warehouse customer service related issues

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Strong knowledge and experience with Shopify Plus

    • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to organize one’s own schedule, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without close supervision

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Documents, and Online Project Management Tools

    • Adaptive, creative, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement

    • Interest in the high-performance lifestyle that ASRV represents

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 3 years experience

    • Shopify Plus experience

    • Minimum 50-60 WPM
