    Job Description

    We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented person to help develop new content, help manage and grow social media communities, and capture local events.  You will work directly with the CEO and the Social Media Team to help manage all aspects of the visuals for our company and contribute to our ongoing success and growth.  You must have excellent English writing and editing skills, fluency with social media, and be passionate about photography and the visual arts.  Knowledge of photo and video editing programs is a plus.

    INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Must be in Columbus, OH and/or surround areas.
    • Be a inspiring Photographer
    • Capture creative direction of the brand 
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Team to schedule and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Unpack, check-in, and organize products for photoshoots.
    • Produce consistent, high-quality photos and videos.
    • Photograph eCommerce product shots as needed.
    • Assist with preparing for photoshoots including setting up sets, painting, and assembling.
    • Assist with styling a wide variety of projects as needed.
    • Research competitors and other consumer products companies showcase their products online, on social media, and in catalogs to stay on-trend with the latest photo styling techniques.
    • Collaborate to select interesting and appropriate props to creatively merchandise products and pull them for shoot days, and repack them after photography.
    • Shop for props and assemble if needed.
    • Pack and ship product if necessary.
    • Assist with tagging, naming, and loading images onto the server 
    • Keep studio prep area clean and organized.
    • Keep servers and files organized.
    • Must have own equipment (Camera, Tripod, SD Memory Cards, Camera Cleaning Kit, Camera Strap, etc.)
    • Available to work at least 1-5 hours monthly (may require additional hours)
    • Must have a flexible schedule
    • This internship has a minimum stipend compensation of $25 - $100 monthly
    • May be able to receive college credit.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Current student or a recent graduate with a degree in photography, design, art, marketing, or similar discipline.
    • Must be creative, hands-on, have attention to detail, and a positive attitude
    • Extensive digital portfolio of craft projects, DIY, and styling.
    • Extensive network of suppliers and resources.
    • Must be a team player and solution-driven with the ability to multi-task
