Assistant Manager Trainee – Full Time (Commerce, MI) Jersey Mike’s in Commerce is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager Trainee who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. If you enjoy helping a team grow, creating an exceptional guest experience, and being part of a fast-paced work environment, this role is the perfect fit.

As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will work closely with our management team to learn all aspects of store operations, from customer service to team development and shift leadership. You will be trained on the Jersey Mike’s system, food quality standards, and leadership best practices to prepare you for future advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in leading daily store operations and team activity

Deliver an outstanding guest experience on every visit

Train, coach, and support new and existing team members

Maintain product quality, accuracy, and speed during busy periods

Support inventory management, prep work, and organization

Handle opening or closing duties as assigned

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
