Assistant Site Lead ( PART-TIME)– Security Operations (Church Environment)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Pay: $23–$25 per hour Schedule Requirements:
Sundays: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Required)
Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Required)
Additional: Some Saturday mornings and weekday evenings as scheduled
Position Overview
Wright Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dependable, professional, and proactive Assistant Site Lead to support security operations at a high-visibility church in Fort Lauderdale.
This role serves as the second-in-command on-site, assisting the Site Lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all security posts are covered, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-coordinated environment for leadership, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Support oversight of all security posts (Lobby, Sanctuary, Parking, Youth Areas, Pastoral Detail)
Ensure all positions are staffed, on time, and operating according to SOP
Step in to fill posts or coordinate coverage when needed
Conduct spot checks for uniform, alertness, and post compliance
Maintain communication with Site Lead, team members, and church staff
Provide real-time updates on incidents, guest arrivals, or operational concerns
Assist with pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs
Provide coaching and corrective feedback to team members when necessary
Assist with incident response and reporting
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall team performance.
Support disciplinary actions as needed.
Lead monthly staff meetings.
Create weekly schedule.

Minimum Requirements
3-5 Prior experience in security or law enforcement in a supervisory role
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must be available for required schedule (Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays)
Technologically competent.
Have full tactical gear, including level IIIA or higher Body Armor; and own weapon.
Preferred Qualifications
Years Experience in executive protection
Experience providing security services for executive or VIP clients
Prior experience as a site lead, supervisor, or team lead
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
