Lebedin Kofman LLP is looking for a LITIGATION associate attorney with at least 1-3 years of Experience.
THIS POSITION CAN BE PARTIALLY OR MOSTLY REMOTE.
Seeking an admitted attorney , for an Associate position in Commercial/Business Litigation. Opportunity for a diligent and dedicated Associate Attorney to develop their career with an established firm in Manhattan and Long Island. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a high-volume caseload, motion practice, daily court appearances, negotiation as well as client interaction.
ATTORNEY MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN NEW YORK. NEW JERSEY and or FLORIDA WOULD BE A BONUS.
Attorneys who have MCA, debt collection or defense experience are welcome to apply
EXTREMELY detail oriented. MUST be able to deal with the responsibility of a large case load;
HIGHLY organized; MUST be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Daily court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; Legal research and writing; motion practice.

Benefits
Salary: $95,000.00 to $130,000 /year, depending on experience Plus commission and bonus.
