    ABOUT US

At MRA Law Group, we believe every family deserves a fierce advocate.

Immigration law has always required courage, compassion, and skill. But in this moment, the need feels even greater. Immigrants are facing fear, uncertainty, delays, increased scrutiny, and the very real possibility of family separation.

Our attorneys do more than prepare forms and attend hearings. We help survivors of abuse find safety. We help victims of crime reclaim their futures. We fight to keep families together. We stand beside immigrants when the stakes could not be higher.

If you're looking for a role where your legal skills can create real impact — not someday, but every single day — we want to meet you.

    Why This Role Matters:

Immigration law is entering one of the most challenging periods in recent history.

Families are facing longer delays, increased scrutiny, shifting policies, and growing uncertainty about their future.

Our clients need more than an attorney. They need someone who will stand beside them when the system feels overwhelming. Someone who will listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, advocate fiercely, and remind them that they are not alone.

At MRA Law Group, we believe exceptional legal advocacy can change the trajectory of a person's life.

If you are motivated by purpose, resilience, and the opportunity to stand up for vulnerable communities, this is the work you've been preparing for.

    What You'll Do:

As an Associate Attorney, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven legal team.

    Responsibilities:

Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)

Manage a diverse caseload including VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, family-based petitions, asylum matters, waivers, and removal defense cases

Prepare and file petitions, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and supporting evidence

Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues

Develop case strategies in collaboration with attorneys and legal support teams

Prepare clients for interviews and immigration-related appointments

Advocate passionately and effectively on behalf of clients

Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client service

Build trusted relationships with clients during some of the most important moments of their lives

    What You'll Bring:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience

Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities

Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with accuracy, urgency, and accountability

Additional languages such as Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or other multilingual capabilities are highly valued

    Who Thrives Here:

The attorneys who succeed at MRA Law Group share a few common traits:

They care deeply about immigrant communities

They believe legal advocacy can transform lives

They remain calm under pressure and resilient through challenges

They take ownership rather than waiting for direction

They embrace accountability and hold themselves to high standards

They are collaborative, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence

They want their work to mean something

This role is not for someone looking for a quiet desk job.

It is for someone who wants to fight for families, solve complex legal challenges, and make a measurable impact every day.
