Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP, a prestigious medium-sized New York-based commercial law firm with a strong banking and corporate litigation practice, and which fosters an environment where talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences can work in a collegial atmosphere, seeks a financial services litigation associate for its Stamford, Connecticut office.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience including commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and workouts, and mortgage defense litigation
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Must be admitted to the Connecticut and New York Bars

Responsibilities

You will work collaboratively with partners on commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and workouts, and mortgage defense litigation. This role will also include preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery compliance, depositions, court appearances, trial assistance, and direct client contact.

Salary range is $165,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
