Job Description

Financial Analysts will participate in financial modeling, transaction processing and calculations ranging across both the real estate and finance industries. Analysts will gain direct training in finance and commercial real estate principles. Entry level Analysts will learn from experienced Analysts to assist in day-to-day operations, learn AST programs and services, and gradually assume greater responsibility. Analysts should be energetic, and interested in commercial real estate finance.

Qualifications

• All applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years’ experience in real estate finance a plus
• Knowledge of commercial real estate practices a plus
• Ability to analyze complex documents and complete complex calculations
• Carefully review commercial loan documents and Bloomberg terminal information to accurately create financial models
• Experience navigating commercial loan documents for relevant language
• Ability to communicate well with all deal parties
• Maintain confidentiality related to each deal transaction
• Experience with Bloomberg software
• High attention to detail

Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 Base + Bonus
