  • Responsibilities

    Partners with Sr. Clinical Recruitment Manager in all aspects of full cycle recruiting to meet the growing staffing needs of Plexus clients

    • Assists in conducting full cycle recruitment efforts (i.e. sourcing; interviewing; reference checking, etc.) for Anesthesiologist & CRNA positions; screens and distributes resumes; writes and places job postings; utilizes multiple recruitment sources/social media, handles all aspects of scheduling candidate interviews including phone screens
    • Drafts job offers and agreements for prospective new hires
    • Provides excellent client service to hiring department managers to aid in fulfilling their staffing needs
    • Works with marketing resources to help create marketing materials
    • Ensures criminal background and reference checks are conducted on all new hires using approved corporate vendors
    • Act as a liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers to communicate staffing needs, review of candidates, and coordination of interviews
    • Manages and monitors agency temporary staff and assignments of select temporary or regular positions to open requisitions with detailed accuracy
    • Works with Sr Clinical Recruitment Manager to facilitate outreach efforts to residency programs, medical schools and SRNA programs 
    • Attends local and national recruitment events
    • Partners with Human Resources Director, Human Resources Business Partners and Credentialing team to provide announcements regarding staffing updates (new hires/terminations)
    • Other tasks as assigned by Director of HR

    • Possesses a high level of interpersonal skills directed towards handling sensitive, confidential situations and can document accordingly
    • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and client service skills
    • Strong attention to accuracy/detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical recruitment experience
    • Preferred experience with Anesthesiologist & CRNA Clinical Recruitment model; Understanding of industry trends
    • Knowledge of personnel policy/procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
