We're looking to bring on board Behavioral Health Professionals for our various programs throughout the state of Massachusetts! These sites include Boston, New Bedford, Brockton, Fitchburg, Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee.

LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR  - LICSW OR LMHC

Under the direction of the Outpatient Services Division Director, the CLINICAL SUPERVISOR will maintain the overall daily responsibilities of the operations and clinical services delivered at the Outpatient Clinic- Springfield site. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and paraprofessionals who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions and support services both in community/home and office settings.

LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include supervision, program development, hiring and evaluation of staff performance

implementation of policies and procedures, facilitation of multidisciplinary staff meetings, oversight of required documentation, and direct service to a small caseload. The Clinical Supervisor will also act as liaison with community stakeholders and Managed Care Entities and will contribute to developing programmatic policies and procedures as a member of the Outpatient Services Division’s administrative team.

LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• MSW, MA, or M.Ed in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required.
• Must be licensed for one of the following: LMHC, LMFT, LADCI, LICSW, OR LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST.
• A minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have mental health and substance use treatment experience, strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills, and excellent organizational skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records.
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH /ENGLISH, BICULTURAL ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Required Skills Required Experience

Advanced knowledge of dragline operation, digging, spoiling and moving machine to maximize machine efficiency and reduce operating cost is preferred. Heavy equipment operation in a mining or construction environment a plus.  Ability to work with other crew members and work as a team player is a must.
