This Executive Assistant is a unique role combining decisiveness, detail-oriented thinking, and a drive to move tasks and clients along. Day to day this role serves as the right hand to the owners. This position drives revenue by proactively solving problems and organizing needs. The Executive Assistant is a detail-oriented professional capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision. The main focus is assisting with turning leads into revenue while delivering white-glove customer service. Daily tasks include answering inquiries via email, social media chat, and phone calls; booking appointments, building quotes, and communicating with clients throughout the customer journey. Other tasks may include running payroll, onboarding new employees, contractors, and vendors, and the occasional support for the owners with their children and personal tasks. Benefits: Total Compensation package of salary, flexible time off, discretionary company bonuses Responsibilities: • Provide Customer Service to clients including lead intake, booking, and follow up • Social Media Management • Manage the day to day needs of the main corporate office • Manage specific vendor relationships and accountabilities • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives • Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as needed • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Tech savvy with experience in G Suite and other relevant software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Compensation: $42,000
