    • MUST BE A VERMONT RESIDENT* ATA Services Inc. is looking for Call Center Representatives to work with our client the State of Vermont's Economic Services Division.
    • PAY: $18.00
    • START DATE: ASAP
    • MONDAY - FRIDAY; 7:45AM-4:30 PM
    • PROVIDE DIRECT OVER-THE-PHONE ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS INQUIRING ABOUT BENEFITS

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Provide direct over-the-phone assistance to customers inquiring about potential or existing benefits. Duties include providing case management assistance to consumers.

    EXAMPLES OF WORK

    Conducts initial, over the phone, interviews with clients, assisting with application process and gathering information for use in eligibility determinations or case plan development. Refers clients to other agencies, community resources, and service providers, as appropriate. Obtains necessary verifications and release forms. Schedules client appointments as appropriate. May perform case management or eligibility determination tasks under close supervision. May determine client eligibility for emergency or other benefits as assigned. Coordinates services with other offices, departments, consultants, and community agencies.
