Requirements

• BS in any science or engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in site operation and 3 years of experience include work related to sire remediation
• Experiences with implementing and supervisor of health and safety requirement.
• Efficient in Excel, Word, GIS, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• On-site representative or oversite of contractors
• Review and evaluation of analytical data and quality assurance documents and processes, conduct site work as required
• Extensive experience in cost estimating, supervision of field crew, negotiation skills, and client  interface
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Extensive knowledge of financial responsibility, project invoices, and billing system
• Valid Driver's License and Ability to travel 60% of the time
• Knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, DOT, FEMA, and state regulations
• 40 hrs HAZWOPER
• Asbestos and Lead Certification is a plus.

External Description

• Responsibilities and experience in engineering projects including remediation, heavy construction, landfill cell construction, soil stabilization and solidification, site closures and design-build.
• Will have overall supervision of field crews.
• Experience in ground water sampling, remediation operations, and environmental testing.
• Extensive experience in field work including ground water sampling, saltwater sampling, storm/drain water sampling, soil sampling.
• Knowledge of site investigation.
