Job Description

The HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE//STAFFING COORDINATOR) is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the healthcare staffing in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations.

EDUCATION

College degree in Healthcare Administration or related busines is a must.

Knowledge of Microsoft office, excellent written and verbal skills  and experience in the staffing industry is are preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Prior experience with medical staffing or other similar capacity, customer service, business or management experience.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  POSSESSES OUTSTANDING WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITH Microsoft office, Bullhorn, Google docs
• Maintains a good working relationship with current clients and employees.
•  Reviews assignment requests and the office's ability to meet client needs; take appropriate action (as needed) to         provide quality service
•  Responds to and effectively deals with client and HCA complaints and problems. Reports incidents through appropriate channels.
• Monitors daily operations to ensure they are effective and efficient; ensures they are in place to provide quality service.
•  Recruits, interviews, hires employees and ensures all credentials are in place
•  Provides direction and leadership to office and night call staff.
• Responds to all incoming calls from clients and employees in a timely, professional and efficient manner after hours and    on weekends.
• Matches client requests to employee’s experience and qualifications and contacts
• Provides HCA with information necessary to successfully fulfill the needs of the clients (e.g., directions, dress code, parking facility).
• Aggressively pursues staffing assignments for newly hired employees
• Must be able to schedule facility staff at levels determined by DON/Scheduler
• Must be able to prepare all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staff
• Must be able to understand State requirements and forecasting
• Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards employees and clients
