SMASH Co is now interviewing Outside Sales Representatives for ATD Restoration, founded with the goal to provide services to the Carolinas and the Southeast. Whether you are looking to restore a storm-damaged roof or to update the siding on your home, our crew has the expertise to streamline all projects.

ATD seeks an outgoing, motivated Outside Sales Representative to produce new clients, help them with their needs, and sell them products that best suit their situation. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain our company process. The successful candidate will receive paid training and then take full control their own sales pipeline. On average, our Outside Sales Reps sell 80-100 jobs per year, so the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. If you love a challenge

BASIC JOB DUTIES:

• Perform initial inspection
• Assess the want/need of the property owner
• Meet assigned insurance adjuster (as necessary)
• Discuss scope of work with homeowners
• Write contract based on the scope of work
• Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and homeowners
• Follow up with homeowner when job is complete to ensure satisfaction

WHAT’S REQUIRED:

• 2-3 years of proven outside/field sales experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Amazing winning attitude – our team has great energy, so no “Negative Nancy’s” here
• Passionate about helping people - you’re selling products and services to improve someone’s home
• Relationship builder and master connector
• Physically able to climb a ladder and inspect roofs, so you can’t be afraid of heights
• Love to work outside and sell in the home
