    WE HOLD OUR ENTRY-LEVEL DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVES RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Providing exceptional and effective customer service contributes by being courteous and attentive to new and prospective customers
    • Maintaining a professional and cheerful disposition with customers, management, co-workers, and clients at all times
    • Promoting and up-sell selected products or sales promotions directly to consumers
    • Reporting any customer concerns to senior sales to account management quickly, efficiently and appropriately
    • Serving as the primary point of contact and sales liaison between our customers and clients
    • Resolving issues efficiently by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and attaining practical solutions

     

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN ENTRY-LEVEL DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or serving
    • High school diploma
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
    • Maintain a clean, professional appearance while working
    • Dependable, reliable, and punctual
    • Capable of thriving in an unsupervised environment
    • Flexible and able to work various hours
