AT INNOVATIONS is actively seeking a motivated ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT to work on groundbreaking campaigns with an advertising and marketing firm in the local region. The Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising and consumer market research. After successful completion of the program, an individual would be considered a team leads in the marketing department. The Marketing and Sales Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Market and sell new products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields if possible but not required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
