Job Description

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. Responsible for support to the CPA staff to include clerical duties, tax return assembly, answering incoming calls, greeting guests and other tasks as required and directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years previous front desk experience.
• Prior experience working in a CPA firm, law firm or professional services environment
• Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented and have great organizational skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ATKG is looking for a talented and experienced receptionist to care for and support our team. As the receptionist for our office, you will often be the first point of contact for visitors and be responsible for answering incoming calls. You will need to perform various administrative and clerical functions in a highly accurate, organized and efficient manner in order to ease the work load of the CPA staff. Some of these responsibilities include assembling and preparing tax returns for mailing or delivery, scanning client data into the document management system, ordering supplies, and processing mail and packages. You may also assist with travel arrangements and executive calendar management when needed.
