ATL Diesel, a leading eCommerce company in the heavy duty diesel parts industry, is expanding its Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate not only loves a sale but knows how to provide a great customer experience. We hire individuals that can build lasting relationships through a strong customer service selling style. This position requires high-volume inbound email & phone communications (no cold calling). Previous experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Mack, Volvo or International/Navistar parts is preferred. Experience with internal engine parts like camshafts, crankshafts, cylinder heads, pistons, gaskets, pumps, injectors and turbos would be beneficial as well.

    We are seeking a good communicator preferably bilingual (english and spanish) to sell our products and services to current and potential customers. You will build strong business relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations. As an Inside sales representative, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to effectively listen to clients. You will also benefit from having good domain knowledge and proven technical skills. Ultimately, you should be able to prepare and present proposals for our products/services that are often complex in nature.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take incoming sales call opportunities via phone and email.
    • Create and maintain contact lists for targeted companies, clients and prospects.
    • Engage with clients to determine their needs and selling points for products or services offered by the company. Identify potential leads and convert them into paying customers.
    • Be proficient with salesforce and QuickBooks
    • Track overall sales data, set individual goals
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Coordinate with external and internal partners like the sales managers, support team and the executive team.
