    OVERVIEW

    ATP Flight School's FINANCE SUPPORT SPECIALIST is part of the Finance team, responding to student inquiries such as student loan questions and providing administrative support to the team.. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate effectively via phone and email with students and provide knowledge-based answers.
    • Provide daily updates of projected and accurate information for student success.
    • Manage access to key portals for student's success and guide students through needed pathways.
    • As part of the Finance team, work on key projects as assigned
    • Help guide students through the private student loan process and position them for success within our program.

      

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate's degree or above is preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
    • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
    • Knowledge retention and recall 
    • Creative problem solving
    • Empathetic 
    • Team Player 
    • Willingness and readiness to learn
