    Job Description

    ATPCO’s Marketing team is responsible for the promotion and execution for all customer, industry and internal events. As an events intern on the marketing team, you will help market ATPCO and our innovative airline retailing, pricing and distribution products by supporting, planning and implementing specific product promotions to support our adoption goals.  Specifically, you will work to support the planning of our Focus Summit, smaller virtual events and our annual customer conference, a global airline industry event.  As the Intern, you will support the event planning, logistics and coordination that is essential to execute a successful event.  

    Responsibilities include: 

    • Assist and support the event manager on a 200 attendee customer conference including logistics related to event specs, production show flows and project management 
    • Work with marketing and product teams to finalize customer working groups and webinars 
    • Research industry events that align with the organization’s products and solutions and help maintain calendar of events 
    • Utilize the event technology suite to monitor registration funnels & assist with dashboard roll out 
    • Perform administrative tasks such as printing jobs, data input, and office organization Provide organization and acquisition of marketing assets 
    • Research event trends and new vendors  
    • Attend and assist on-site with local events 
    • Other assistance to the marketing team as needed 
    • Support virtual customer meetings and webinars as needed
