    Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join the global recruiting team and support the talent acquisition function within ATPCO. You will work with both recruiters and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle including marketing, research, outreach, and relationship development while also identifying opportunities to market ATPCO as an employer of choice. Our technology is complex, the problems are interesting, and our strategy is modern.

    You Will:

    • Conduct relevant market research for recruitment activity
    • Identify and engage with potential candidates for positions across multiple teams
    • Assist with recruitment for both local and international positions by working with the respective hiring teams
    • Define and develop recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet company needs
    • Help manage the recruitment lifecycle process from end to end
    • Work with the hiring team and stakeholders to gain alignment and deliver a superior candidate experience
    • Manage and update the internal recruitment database and applicant tracking system

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Prior work experience in customer service or sales
    • Has insatiable curiosity and is willing to learn
    • Ability to work in a selfless, team-first environment
    • Has a passion for storytelling and being innovative
    • Familiarity with the recruiting lifecycle is a plus
    • Interest in international development and/or recruitment is a plus
