    Service Solutions Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Work in partnership with your division’s Back-End team and the Global Regional Service Leaders to grow our asset intelligence and deliver value-added services.

    · Responsible for bookings forecast, pipeline management and exceeding bookings plan.

    · Provide value-added input into services global FE processes and products when needed.

    · Implement and maintain performance/talent management practices for your team.

    · Deliver effective pipeline reviews with their team, global colleagues and supervisors.

    · Provide governance and interventions to ensure continuous performance improvements in our front-end execution that deepens our returns from customers.

    · Travel to customer sites as needed to provide critical input in the development and closing of major opportunities.

    · Develop and deliver detailed solutions based on customer’s costs, scope of operation and needs. Ensure that proposals are delivered to margin expectations.

    · Manage the day to day customer activities and interactions of the Rolling Meadows SME Team; leveraging your team's touch points with customers to up-sell.

    · Schedule monthly program reviews with the customer to discuss system performance, manage customer feedback and update them on open issues; document and execute on agreed actions.

    · Leverage CAPEX in production, FAT and SAT to promote/sell additional services.

    · Support the closure of outstanding financial transactions.

    · Maintain data in the CRM; leveraging it to manage customer relationships and opportunities.

    · Effectively articulate the value proposition of ATS Services to colleagues, customers and industry contacts.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION:

    · B.S. in Engineering/Sales or Business Management or equivalent experience - MBA a plus.

    EXPERIENCE:

    · 8+ years of commercial or sales leadership experience in a technical capacity, with a results-orientated background.

    · 5+ years supervising, training and developing direct reports.

    · Self-driven, pro-active, creative, resourceful and goal orientated.

    · Experienced in the use of a CRM.

    · Possesses excellent time-management and project-management skills.

    · Resilient, ability to stay calm under pressure, self-driven, attentive to detail, and consistent

    · Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

    · Must possess a valid passport (or be able to obtain one) for periodic travel outside of the United States.
