  • Responsibilities

    Overview:

    • Develops and executes innovative strategies and technologies that improve Asset Management efficiency in the industrial maintenance organization, ensuring maximum asset performance.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Upholds and promotes ATS safety culture and guidelines.
    • Discovers and communicates the main causes of lost production and unnecessary maintenance expenditure to management.
    • Crafts economical solutions for root cause deficiencies and demonstrates how they can be corrected.
    • Leads the execution of improvement projects for equipment.
    • Introduces new and up-to-date processes/technologies to improve equipment performance and increase uptime.
    • Encourages the implementation of proactive manufacturing systems and best practice procedures.
    • Scrutinizes equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history to generate and apply engineering solutions, better maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.
    • Offers technical assistance to manufacturing personnel and operations on equipment-related troubleshooting activities.
    • Employs predictive, preventative, and precise maintenance technologies and strategies that identify or manage risks before failure and ensure optimal maintenance execution.
    • Collaborates with the maintenance team to set priorities for assets and actions based on probability of failure and risk assessment of compliance, supply, strategy, and cost.
    • Provides training and coaching on Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Analysis, and takes full responsibility for tracking corrective action, implementing it, and following up to ensure that all Root Cause Analysis projects are documented.
    • Maintains ATS policies and procedures and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to create Preventive Maintenance Plans
    • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis
    • Strong Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
    • High School / GED
    • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles
    • Proficient in Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
    • Skilled in Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment

    Salary info:

    $36 - $45 / hr
