    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Partner Manager will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Channel Partners to uncover sales opportunities, align partner sales organizations with our offering, and facilitate a smooth selling process through closure. The ability to drive initiatives with Partners and align efforts from departments across both organizations is critical to success in this role.Reasonable Accommodations Statement

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cultivate and manage strong working relationships with our existing tier 1 Channel Partners as defined by the Partner Program guidelines
    • Enable partners to understand and sell our product
    • Articulate our partner value proposition to a variety of personas and stakeholders
    • Support and execute channel-driven sales plans and incentives with partners’ salesforce and reps
    • Generate demand among prospects and customers in collaboration with our partners
    • Deliver on revenue and pipeline targets while enhancing partner and customer satisfaction and adoption
    • Assist Director and CRO with account planning and forecasting across partners, customers and prospects
    • Travel as necessary to Partner Business Planning meetings

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions with imperfect information
    • Proven track record of success and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to drive impactful results through building a 360 vision for partners, developing and executing relevant enablement, GTM strategies, and business and marketing planning
    • Strong analytical skills and proven track record in making data-driven decisions
    • 5+ years’ experience growing sales through Channel relationships in a B2B software/SaaS environment, with a demonstrated understanding of SaaS solutions and technologies
    • Ability to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solution
    • Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
    • Start-up experience absolutely essential. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions with imperfect information

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

    EXPERIENCE: 2 plus years experience

    COMPUTER SKILLS: Familiarity with Partner Management Systems, SalesForce, Microsoft 365
