POSITION SUMMARY

The Affiliate Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Affiliate Programs for our affiliate program. The ASC will provide sales and technical support, identify and enhance efficiencies, promote new business opportunities, assist with affiliate enablement, training support, new affiliate onboarding and implementation and continued growth of the affiliate relationships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Fulfillment and data management across multiple platforms
• Support onboarding process of new affiliates
• Facilitate affiliate interactions to appropriate stakeholders
• Work closely with team supporting existing relationships with affiliates
• Support new business and penetration
• Coach, train and communicate with affiliates ensuring timing, accuracy and integrity of order flow
• Respond to and report questions and support tickets
• Support Affiliate Success Manager with site publishes, reporting and escalating bugs

SKILLS & ABILITIES

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE:   0-6 months of experience in a customer facing role. 

COMPUTER SKILLS: Mac proficiency

LOCATION: Must be able to commute daily to the Financial District
