Home Health Administrator - Executive Director

We are searching for an experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee our Home Health Care company in Centerville, Ohio near Dayton, Ohio.

Duties:

As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing home facility. Your main duties will include:

• Managing and supervising all staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided to residents
• Monitoring the financial performance of the facility and making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
• Collaborating with medical professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to coordinate resident care plans
• Handling resident complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
