Duties:

• Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Provide training and education on acute care, critical care, and home care topics.
• Create and implement training programs for adult learners in a variety of healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop educational content and materials.
• Utilize medical records and documentation to assess educational needs and track progress.
• Incorporate medical terminology and anatomy knowledge into educational materials.
• Educate healthcare professionals on best practices for patient care and treatment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of acute care, critical care, and home care practices.
• Experience in adult education and training development.
• Proficient in medical records management and documentation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
