Telemetry Nurse

Duties:

• Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other physiological data using telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
