Performs professional social work services involving the application of social work theory, principal, techniques, and practices on both the diagnosis and treatment/habilitation of patients manifesting complex emotional, social, physical and/or developmental disorders.

Essential Job Duties

Assesses clients' social and emotional factors to estimate the capabilities Assist psychiatric physician and other unit staff members to understand clients' social and emotional needs. Help client and client's family to understand, accept, and follow medical recommendation. Provide services to help restore the client to the optimum social and health adjustment.
