Requirements: TB BLS Covid Flu Background Drug test RN License

Activities performed by nursing staff include the following:

Conducts nursing assessments at admission.

Provides or evaluates direct nursing care.

Develops, implement, and/or review nursing care plans.

Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team.

Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations, and forms.

Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.

Records information on patients' charts.

Has regular contact with individuals, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments as required.

Administers treatments as directed.

Takes and records vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).

Dispenses, administers, charts, and records medications.

Gives prescribed intramuscular and subcutaneous injections and inoculations as directed.

Observes patient behavior and condition and reports changes to the appropriate staff.
