AURIC is rapidly growing the B2B Acquisitions channel and we are seeking Regional Sales Managers that are entrepreneurial-minded and possess a “start-up” attitude.
Remote positions are available.
COMPENSATION: 3-5 day short cycle commission turnaround. Lifetime residual vesting and escalated residuals are retroactively applied based on client count. Weekly bonuses There are no earnings caps.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT PRIOR OUTSIDE SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Sales Managers will be required to learn our systems in the field AS AN AGENT for the first 4-6 weeks before we develop your team.
You will simultaneously be recruiting a minimum team of 8 sales agents. AURIC will provide a minimum income pay guarantee or commission (whichever is higher) once you have recruited your team.
