Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating technicians, service advisors, and other staff.

Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints.

Technical Expertise: Having a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.

Communication: Effectively communicating with staff, customers, and vendors.

Essential skills:

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools.

Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team.

Communication: Clear and effective communication with customers and staff.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management and budgeting.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and building relationships.

Experience and reference is a must : 5+ years of experience in an auto repair shop, with at least 3 years in a management role, is common.
